  • 4140 Bar & Grille (Reviewed 6/2006)  ( 0 items )
Part restaurant and part pub, casual enough for beer-drinking and game-watching but sophisticated enough to have a thoughtful wine program and an experienced chef, 4140 Bar & Grille is an upscale but affordable hybrid.
  • 3030 Ocean Restaurant  ( 0 items )
Hotel + restaurants = wonderful meal. Not an equation I'd bet on. Unless it referred to 3030 Ocean at Marriott's Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale. • Micro Rave | Pita Loca  ( 0 items )
When Franklin D. Kreutzer and his family want a good, quick kosher meal, they head over to Pita Loca on Miami Beach. 'I've been going here for years. It has a great grill and Israeli type menu with a great salad bar, home cooking and home hospitality,' says Kreutzer. Jordan, 11, is enjoying his favorite meal of chicken nuggets and french fries

Lobster is from Maine, salmon from Alaska, filet mignon from Kansas and duck breast from New York. That leaves 40-odd states out of the equation, but who's counting?
  • Fifty's fussy  ( 0 items )
At twilight on Fridays and Saturdays, the Grapevine begins its transformation from gourmet market to gourmet bistro. Tables are covered; lights are dimmed; servers don more formal garb, and Nick Goeller switches (chef's) hats.
